I made a Gloomhaven Vermling Scout model! This guy was a lot of fun to make, as I could focus on implementing something very close to the official artwork instead of having to reinvent the monster! The biggest change that I made was to give him a smooth cloak rather than the bear-skin looking cloak that he has in the artwork; I was worried that the furry cloak over a furry shirt over a furry body would be too hard to distinguish as a mini. I think that the cloak turned out really well, so I'm happy with that change!
