New from OpenForge today I bring you a highly effective, time tested siege weapon design - the Trojan Bunny! Lull your enemies into complacency with this amazing piece of art! They will be so excited they will throw a huge revelry and drink themselves into a stupor! Then leap out and slaughter everybody in sight! (assuming you remembered to get inside the bunny, of course).
The OpenForge Trojan Bunny prints in 3 pieces, the top, main body, and door. The top and body glue together with some alignment tabs, and the door is inserted small-tabs first into the side cutouts and slides into the channel on either side of the body. Just lower it down and set the larger tabs into the cutouts. Then youo can lift and open the door at will to reveal th surprise inside!
The body prints with the ears upright to be support-free. Just (carefully) use a heat gun or lighter on the underside of each ear till they start drooping and bend the ears into desired floppy shape.
The wheels are part of the main body - lately I tend to favor singlel piece designs with minimal assembly and easy / support-free printing over modular/rollable wheels. The Siege Bunny can comfortably fit 4-5 minis inside.
Note minis shown in the picture are bandits from Reaper Bones.
