If you don't want to fuss with the tips of the fur, then print him upsidedown. The tips are real small, so if they "fail" on resin it barely shows. I offer the pre-supported STL on my Patreon with the manticore flat on the build plate. Turned out great!
No errors in MeshMixer, so it should be good to go!
