A guard Drake for 28mm tabletop roleplaying, the miniature is scaled to be a medium creature in DnD terms.
While there are many reasons that people surrender to a great dragon, one of the more common ones is for power. Power comes in many forms, but one of the more direct forms is with the gift of scales allowing the subordinate to create a guard drake. Aggressive, territorial and loyal, these creatures combine the best features of guard dogs with the razor-sharp claws and fangs of their blood relatives. Though one has to suspect that they would instantly turn on you should you lose the dragon's good graces.
