This is a single hex bush obstacle for the boardgame, Gloomhaven. I took the branches from Terrain4Print's Vegetation Pack A, arranged them in a bushy shape and then added a bunch of leaves to them.
Printing this is a real challenge. I've done it by using Meshmixer tree supports, printing it upright and using a lot of patience while removing the support. Use snips and just start taking off support material, carefully separating the trees from the tips of the leaves before pulling the tree away.

7/18/18 Edit: As requested, I added an STL with Meshmixer supports. I tried a lot of different orientations and, as I recall, this was the orientation/support that worked best for me.
