I think we all recognize this beastie. Since, canonically, all of them have different details, there's always room for a sculptor's own derivation of it.
When you print this, print ten of the eyestalks. They should fit in the holes on top of the Eye Fiend. You also should be able to rotate them in any angle you want, so every one will be posed slightly differently.
