Remixed from mz4250's Cultist_for_Shapeways from the NPC collection!
I started off just fixing an issue I had printing the hood (air gap between hood and back of the head) then one thing lead to another and I ended up adding some additional flourishes to bring it closer to the Gloomhaven version.
